Save headaches with simple password freeware
If you’re not using password freeware to track all of your usernames and passwords, you’re probably wasting valuable hours every week in your online network marketing business.
This password freeware I’m going to share with you is fairly idiot proof, easy to use, AND you can build it yourself. Ready? Here’s a screen shot:

OK, I TOLD you it was simple, right? And the price is right: free. And the “freeware” part? Well, I don’t know about you, but I don’t really want ANY online service storing my paypal, credit card or bank info, so I use a simple spreadsheet and store it on my hard drive, not on the internet.
So just create a simple spreadsheet with the four columns: Web-site, Username, Password, and E-mail address, and enter all the sites and services you belong to, and Voila! You are now organized and up-to-date with your critical info at your fingertips.
Pro tip 1: Make sure and use a “disposable” e-mail address for any site or service that you think may spam you or use your e-mail inappropriately.
Pro tip 2: ALWAYS up-date your sheet the very SECOND you sign up for a new service! You think you’ll save time by procrastinating, but the fact is you’ll lose precious time later when you can’t find the info you need.
Pro tip 3: If your computer is fairly private, keep the spreadsheet on your desktop, with any other name than “passwords!”
That’s it! A simple way to organize all your memberships, social sites, paypal accounts etc. I have been doing this for about 2 years, and it’s now 4 pages long! I could NEVER remember that much info with out this cheat sheet.
To your online marketing success!
