OK, if you like books on personal development I hope you’ll not only scan this list (my personal library) but also leave a comment below telling us your thoughts, additions, your favorites etc.

I understand that some of these books may not seem like they fall in the “personal development” category, so my definition is a little bit loose, but if it made a major positive impact in my life in some way, it qualifies. For example, Atlas Shrugged probably isn’t considered by most people to be personal development, yet everybody I know who read it has been strongly influenced by it.

Also note I’m excluding biographies and scripture, which to a lot of people are the ultimate in personal development, and I’m not arguing that, I’m just not including them in this list.
