The Animoto video tool is a FANTASTIC tool for online video creation. Animoto video is an image and music based video service that allows you to create 30 second spots, free of charge, with custom visual imagery and royalty free music.

A picture is worth a thousand words, so check this 30 second clip I created with the Animoto tools. My dad, myself and my son did a triathlon together this summer, it was a great experience. My wife got some pics of us, and I threw them into the animoto system, added music, they worked their “editing magic,” and here’s what I got:

You have to admit, that’s pretty slick. And it takes about 10 minutes- no joke.

And think of the possibilities- you can make quick “teaser” videos of new products, company events, product launches, not to mention all the fun family and friend stuff like I did here.
