7 Keys To Magnetic Sponsoring
If you are interested in Magnetic Sponsoring, or the art of ATTRACTING people into your network marketing business instead of CHASING them like most people do, here’s seven things you HAVE to get right:
1. CHOOSE THE RIGHT COMPANY! This is a must. If you are going to focus on magnetic sponsoring, your recruits will want to do the same thing. But if they join your company, then all they hear is training based around weekly meetings, PBR’s, and the 3 foot rule, you’re in trouble! Your company has to be cutting edge and support magnetic sponsoring techniques.
2. OFFER GREAT VALUE PRODUCTS. This goes along with number one, but magnetic sponsoring involves recruiting online, and nobody is going to make an online purchase unless it’s a good value, translation: they have to feel like they get a lot for their money.
3. LOW ACTIVATION FEE. You’re not going to have a whole lot of signups if your start up package is over $500. This is just an internet reality, people want to get started as inexpensively as possible. Under $200 is ideal.
4. WEB-SITES THAT CONVERT. You can’t use your corporate site for marketing, it just won’t work! Corporate sites aren’t designed for “funnel recruiting,” they usually show off the company, the founders, the product, and everything else they can think of. This won’t work. You need a dedicated, aggressive recruiting site! You should be able to measure how many people out of a hundred actually join your business. If 100 qualified prospects look at the site, but none join, there’s a problem. Work on your site until it converts.
5. A SYSTEM. Now, the word “system” is the most misunderstood word in MLM. When I say system, what I mean is the software that drives your business. An integrated system with lead capture pages, auto-responders, contact management, banner advertisements, funded proposal offerings, etc. The system should collect leads, organize them, market to them, and store them in an organized, efficient way. It’s the heart of your list building and marketing factory.
6. A MARKETING PLAN. Having a great web-site buried with 100 million others doesn’t do you a bit of good unless it gets TRAFFIC! You need to invest in yourself to discover the powerful marketing methods available today. Social marketing alone offers hundreds of FREE traffic generation methods for those willing to learn.
STICK-TO-IT-IVENESS. OK, so that’s not really a word, but you know what it means! Be willing to execute your plan for longer than the flakes and “get rich quick” crowd that dominates the online marketing world. Do a “check up from the neck up” and make sure you are committed to long term success. If you have the other six points in place, all you have to do is execute your plan long enough to achieve the success you’re after!
